A presentation of award-winning dance films from all over the world encompassing many styles of dance and filmmaking. The diverse selection includes classic works alongside new and innovative dances made specifically for the camera.

FOOTAGE DANCE FILM FESTIVAL seeks dance films and videotapes in all formats from any year featuring all forms of dance. This annual festival will be screened throughout California in San Rafael, Berkeley, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, September 22-25, 2000. Please send all printed information along with any photographs available about your film and a 1/2-inch NTSC copy to the address below by September 1, 2000. All selected filmmakers will receive an honorarium. Please include a self-addressed envelope and $15.00 U.S. dollars for processing and return of videotapes.
